How long is a session?

A typical session is about 50 minutes long once a week. However, some clients feel as though two sessions a week is more helpful in addressing their needs. We can discuss what would work best for you.

What is the session fee?

My fee is $200 for a 50 minute session. For special circumstances, I offer a limited number of clients a needs-based sliding scale. Please contact me at 626-765-1831 if you would like to discuss the sliding scale fee further.

Do you accept insurance?

Accepted Answer

I do not accept insurance. However, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

What is a Good Faith Estimate?

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

How do I get to your office?

My office is located in the heart of Old Town Pasadena at 107 S Fair Oaks Avenue. If you arrive between 9-5, the front door will be open.  However, you will need to call me at the elevator directory (0022 and then press "call") so I can send the elevator down for you. If you arrive after normal business hours, you will need to call at both the outside directory (#022) and the elevator directory (0022 and "call"). I am located on the second floor- the first door on the left (suite 227) after you walk down the hallway out of the elevator. Please arrive only 5-10 minutes prior to your session.

Where do I park?

There is a parking garage a couple blocks from my office on the corner of Fair Oaks and Green Street called The Schoolhouse Parking Structure, which offers 90 minute free parking. Addtionally, metered street parking is available in front of the building on Fair Oaks or the side street, Dayton.
